Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location, with easy access to metro stations, tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. While some found the service friendly and helpful, others noted inconsistent staff attitudes. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests mentioning dirty linens, carpets, or bathrooms, but others found the rooms clean enough for comfort. Many reviewers commented that the rooms are quite small, which is typical for the area, but this was a downside for some. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset.
