Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to downtown, hospitals, and public transport, as well as the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews raised serious concerns about safety, with frequent mentions of drug use, homelessness, and a generally unsafe neighborhood. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the rooms clean and others reporting issues like insects and bed bugs. Value for money was often criticized, with several guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the quality and experience provided. Overall, the positive aspects were the location and helpful staff, but safety and value remain major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
