Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. She came to us and said she wanted to make our stay pleasant and asked if there was anything she could do for us. She especially went out of her way to make me a decaf espresso in the mornings.
Cons (-) The hotel is old and could use a refurbishment inside and out. However, it was clean and the bathroom had everything we needed and was fine. No air conditioning, but a fan worked to keep the temperatures comfortable. The wi-fi was good.
