Pros (+) Positives: front desk (friendly, informed, efficient) ; room was clean....
Cons (-) Drawbacks (room 224): could not shower, not enough water coming through new water saver shower head , room lights need brighter . A/C not efficient and settings appeared useless , bathroom lighting worse than main room , tub drain stopper complete disconnected (take off all jewelry or you will lose it down the drain!!)
Pros (+) The room itself and the facility was very clean. Moved us to another room when AC broke.
Cons (-) AC broke in 2 different rooms, no tissues for the room, no refrigerator, closed pool AFTER it was confirmed 2 days earlier to be open, tv didn't work in either room, paper thin walls.

Cons (-) The front desk clerk was rude on the day we checked in - Aug 8. The clerk on the day we checked out, however, was great.

Cons (-) The wall near the bathroom was leaking so the carpet infront of tne bathroom was soaken wet, the hall way smelled like vomit. I found the issue was there was a plastic bag out front of our neighbors hotel room that had clothing covered im vomit. The cleaning staff walked past it three times no one got rid of it.
