Cons (-) I had a receipt showing early check in at 1 PM. I chose the hotel and location for that exact reason because I had been flying all night. Nope. Wouldn't honor it. Receipt also said the room had a desk, which I need. Nope. No desk. Only a tiny table. Also, several of the few electrical outlets did not work, and yes, I tested them thoroughly.
