Pros (+) Fresh and current looking. Spacious. Kind staff. Very close to airport. Free shuttle to airport.

Pros (+) close to airport, 10 mins, with free shuttle. bed was comfortable. caesar salad was nice from room service. love the bath in the shower area, although a little small for me at 5'9"!
Cons (-) room service menu a little limited. massage service doesn't offer 30 min time slots. eg. head\neck\shoulders for 30 mins. air conditioning panel wasn't clear & even reception couldn't tell hot from cold. room was cold & i couldn't make it warmer so used extra blanket in wardrobe which was fine. thin walls, can hear noise easily in the hall & next rooms (i was in 830)
Pros (+) Close to the airport and good dinner at the restaurant.
Cons (-) We were charged an incidental fee at time of check in and was not refunded though we didn't use the mini bar, etc
Pros (+) Staff quickly changed our room to another floor.
