Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Venice and reach major attractions on foot. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as comfortable beds in some rooms. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as towels and linens smelling of smoke, and a lack of regular cleaning. Noise from other guests and thin walls were also common complaints, as was the absence of amenities like WiFi and toiletries. Despite these drawbacks, the value for the location and service received positive remarks.
