Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, shopping centers, and business areas. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and common areas. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting attentive staff while others reported poor response to problems. Several guests were dissatisfied with the comfort of the beds and pillows, and there were frequent complaints about amenities, including malfunctioning air conditioning, inadequate WiFi, and missing items like hair dryers and irons. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and comfort are needed.
