Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, high standards of cleanliness, convenient location for exploring Verona, and satisfying breakfast options. Many mention comfortable rooms and good value for money. However, some guests note that the hotel is a bit dated, with older furnishings and occasional noise issues. One very serious incident of theft in a guest room raises concerns about safety, but overall, the positive aspects of service, cleanliness, and amenities are highlighted in the majority of reviews.
