Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's peaceful location, friendly and helpful staff, and relaxing spa and pool area. Many appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the charming architecture and cleanliness. However, several reviews mention that the hotel is somewhat dated, with some facilities in need of refurbishment. There are repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning, inconsistent WiFi, and disappointing breakfast quality for the price. Some guests also note issues with value for money and additional charges. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and service leave a positive impression.
