Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to the old town, train and bus stations, and other key attractions. Many appreciate the convenience of self check-in, friendly communication, and amenities like tea, coffee, and kitchenettes. However, a major downside is the high noise level from nearby streets and railway, which disturbs sleep for many. Cleanliness and comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and beds comfortable, while others note issues like shabby furnishings, unpleasant odors, and occasional pests. Amenities are generally adequate, though some guests mention limited toiletries and outdated equipment. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and basic facilities, but improvements in soundproofing, cleanliness, and modernizing rooms are needed.
