The hotel is small but cosy, the location is perfect including the free parking in the middle of the city which was the best thing. Just opposite the hotel is the entrance to the old city and a few minutes walk to the Uzupis quarter.
The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud, also I would like to have a shelf or a chair in the bathroom to put my clothes and stuff while taking a shower.
Same breakfast every day. Would be nice to have some variety! Super high pillows! Very uncomfortable, especially if you sleep on your tummy.
Location is absolutely brilliant! City gate is on the opposite side of the road. You can park your car safely to the courtyard. Beautiful building, clean, good breakfast. We decided to stay another night as the place has all we needed for a nice stay.
Good location, good price, good breakfast, helpful staff.
Just a few small maintenance issues I saw around the hotel and in the room. Nothing terrible, but I can’t say excellent because of them. For example, our shower leaked on the floor, and the bathroom floor needed new grout in some places.
The hotel is really lovely! I liked most of all the hotel's location nearby the Old Centre and market where I could buy "village" national food and its low price per night. Breakfast was rich and quite enough to "fill in" oneself in the morning before the whole day of city exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Since I'm from Moscow, Russia, I appreciated it that all staff spoke Russian without any problem and did not treat the Russian visitors as their old enemies. The room was clean and cosy, all furniture was new and in a perfect condition. All facilities were in order and worked fine.
Just one thing could be improved about this lovely hotel: heating system in the bedroom. While in the bathroom heater worked well, I can't say the same about my bedroom. In spite of the fact that I turned the temperature level switch to 5 - its maximum position - it was still a little bit cold in the room all night. It is not a problem for those travelling in summer time, but since I was there in the middle of November, I would have appreciated the higher temperature in my bedroom. Apart from that, I've nothing to complain about!
