Pros:Crew were lovely. Business class attendant was really nice.
Cons:Nothing. Great experience.

Pros:Crew were very attentive and polite. Better than Singapore or Air NZ.
Cons:Self check in was chaos. Labeling suitcases was difficult to do yourself and many needed help. If you didn't follow instructions to the letter the auto reader didn't work. Many were very frustrated including Virgin staff who were clearly run off their feet trying to cope. Scrap the system .

Pros:Not much. Incoming flight was late then turn-around was ridiculous.
Cons:We had extra baggage, which I tried to pay online multiple times but the Virgin website kept indicating they are having problems. When we arrived at the airport the charged us basically twice (for extra bags) what we would have paid had they not rigged their website to make extra money.

Cons:Tray was filthy dirty from previous passenger. Not acceptible amid the current Coronavirus pandemic. Paid $600 for ticket. Plane was changed to a smaller model with no entertainment system.

Cons:They ran out of sandwiches after only servicing 1/4 of the plane, and they are the only substantial pieces of food to buy for dinner! I was starving.

Pros:Extra legroom (economy x) was well worth it as I had knee surgery the day prior. Ground staff and crew very helpful assisting me as I was on crutches. Excellent service.
