Viva continues to strive for the worst airline experience ever.
They cancel the fly and don’t give a money refund.
Very disorganized way of get off the plane. The staff didn’t direct passengers get get up in an organized matter. Passenger were pushing each other trying to get out.
Flight was delayed an hour and 50 minutes. No real explanation to everyone. Seats were not comfortable at all and charged for drinks. Crew didn't seem apologetic for the delays.
I liked: - Great service attitude from the crew To be improved: - Senior passengers must be included on Group 1 with priority to board the plain. - Service attitude from ground employees
The air conditioner was poor and we were delayed 1 hour for no apparent reasons and no information provided
Viva Play did not work!
Viva aerobús didn’t let me check in to my flight even when there was more than an hour before take off.
All amazing
Really need our opinion? I have always same bad experience with you about the hours waiting until my airplane is ready. The excuse is always the transit! You Need immigrate to the new Airport AIFA.
It is very uncomfortable to have the official timing saying on thing and the airline saying other things. We couldn’t have a proper dinner with kids below 5 years and the hassle to board just isn’t functional
We had to pay extra for our seats and when we got to our seats a family was already seated in them. The flight attendant just told us to sit somewhere else. What would make it better would be a refund for the seats we were not given.
Great flight with a great crew. So cheap and yet so wonderfully fulfilling. Wish other airlines were this comfortable and well run.
It was an ok Flight bur pilot humor during announcements make it great
Pros: Very clean plane.
Cons: Seats don’t recline.
Pros: Seat super uncomfortable and no leg room
Cons: The airplane just seem dirty and disgusting
Pros: The flight was 15 min earlier great
Cons: The food if it’s COVID restricted food sud not be serve
Cons: Desk should be more accessible to clients that are a bit late to their plane
Pros: Speedness
Cons: Check-in process and seats comfort
Pros: Decent flight once we took off.
Cons: If The flight didn’t depart an hour late.
Pros: The crew was friendly
Cons: The cost of baggage for this airline is insane
Pros: professionals
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything
Cons: Water can still be free, I mean I know it’s a budget airline, but water?
Pros: I had a goos seat the crew was courteugus/
Cons: The check in was.very slow only one person at the desck making it very stresfull for passangers. we had to hurry to the gate because nit. I will have more personel to expedite check in, also need to provide the paperwork requiere like the health declaration it was rewuiere to pass to boarding and there was no forms any were. Passangers had to scrable to find some. Running agains the clock because all the delay to check in. 2hrs on line is ecxesive.
Cons: To: VivaAerobus Airlines I requested a mobility chair and was denied, however they did get a chair for my grandma at the airport. I was told by my grandma that there was a portion of the walk to the gate that she had to walk, she made it, but she got tired. This is not professional at all.
Pros: The friendly of the staff and that the crew was strict to put order in the unloading
Cons: the food
Cons: Our flight got delay 2 hours
Pros: Crew, new plane
Cons: Boarding

KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including VivaAerobus.
If you have decided to travel with Viva Aerobus, there are three primary classes for you to decide between, known as Viva Light, Viva Basic, and Viva Smart. While Viva Light offers standard services such as the ability to bring a carry-on bag, Viva Basic also includes the option of checking a small bag. Although this airline does not have any codeshare agreements with other companies, it is connected to the Irish airline named Ryanair. It was Ryanair that helped to found Viva Aerobus in 2006 with the Mexican bus company known as IAMSA, and the company RyanMex was eventually established as a way for Ryanair to invest in the airline.
Because this airline’s headquarters and primary base are located in Mexico, the majority of its flights are domestic and between large cities in the country. However, travelers can also use the airline to go to a few international destinations, with some examples including Costa Rica and the United States.
The company’s fleet is made up of over 35 aircraft, with each one of them being an Airbus. The Airbus A320-200 is by far the most commonly used plane, as it does well for medium-range domestic trips and can fit up to 180 passengers. For longer international flights, the airline generally uses the Airbus A321neo, a large option that fits approximately 240 passengers and is known for being spacious.
