Staff (Pete) was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Main issue was that the ceiling above the 1st floor is thin. Someone checked in very late above us and you can hear/feel every footstep. Woke us up. Stayed at a few budget hotels along the way and the price paid is just a little pricey. No real free breakfast at the hotel - got a voucher to go to a restaurant for free panc...
