The hotel was operating with limited staff and facilities (restaurants closed, no valet parking) but the staff that were there were very friendly and professional.
Maintenance in the room could have been a little better. The blind wouldn’t close all the way and the faucet leaked onto the sink.
Yes n yes
Nothing
Great location, grade A service and the hotel itself is for the most part well kept.
The elevators were small and during “rush hour” it would take about 10 -15 minutes before finding an elevator that was open
Good place to stay in the worst place in America
Good location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet. Nice bar in the lobby. Beautiful decor.
Parking was ridiculously expensive. It’s in DC.

Location
Not too bad..
We were in a suite and it was spacious and nicely furnished. Most staff were nice. Great having a Starbucks in the lobby. Nice central location.
The bathroom was small, especially the corner sink. There was no counter space. Front desk clerks were hit and miss. Some nice, some not. Concierge staff were great. The breakfast was OK, not great.
Great stay!
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was beautiful. We'd definitely stay here again!
Nice hotel - valet took advange
The actual hotel was clean and updated, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the actual stay was great. Nice little happy hour offered at the bar.
Valet parked my car for 1 night, and took it upon themselves to charge $50 to my credit card, plus a $17 convenience fee. No lot in the surrounding area exceeded $25 for overnight parking. I should have parked my own car. I feel that the hotel was nervy and rude to charge us double the going rate for parking - without notifying me. I felt taken advantage of, since we were already paying top dollar for a 1 night stay. The hotel was nice, but not that nice. I stay in DC all the time, but I may not return unless this problem is rectified.
Excellent service. I ask them if I could make my check in before 3 pm (the official hour) because I was going to arrive at 9 am, and they had my room ready for that hour.
Beautiful downtown hotel
The hotel is a beautiful place with excellent finishes. Everything was in great condition and high quality.
The rooms were small, which in understandable given the location, but this was a double bed room so it seemed even smaller.
helpful staff
Amaizing service with very friendly staff
Beds and pillows were amaizing
The Crowne Plaza The Hamilton was a lovely hotel. All of the staff were quick to help and offer assistance. The rooms were gorgeous. The location was perfect for a concert at the Verizon Center, going to the monuments on the Mall and going to a football game at FedEx field.
Located nearby the Metro and at walking distance from Museums and Monuments. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Quiet, nice room on 9th flloor.
The heating system a little too noisy, even when switched off, you could hear the next room's!
Awesome location. It is within walking distance of all the attractions in Washington D.C. Rooms were also comfortable..good amenities.
No late night food anywhere in or near the restaurant after midnight.
Perfect location for easy access to the National Mall and other historic sites in Washington, D.C. The metro is located one block away! This historic hotel is impressive.
Lovely comfortable hotel, close to all historical sights and museums. Staff courteous and helpful. Spotless rooms with eco-friendly toiletries supplied. Overall a very welcoming and facilitating hotel.
Nothing we didn't like. Not a great variety on the menu but wasn't an issue for our short stay.
Location and cleanliness. Value for money with good amenities.
Improve in friendliness of staffs.
I really appreciate the quality of the room I stayed in as well as the staff. During my stay, there been a rowdy bunch of Middle School students who were staying for the weekend but as soon as I called up the hotel staff to complain about the noise at 8:30am, security sorted them out within half an hour. The hotel employees then even called me up again to make sure I was alright. I really appreciated their attentiveness.
no.
