Very comfortable bed, fantastic situation with view of The White House . Washington on lock down due to Virus but staff looked after us very well, excellent room service as restaurant closed during for most of our stay
Nothing we didn’t like . Quite expensive but understandable due to location
One of the great hotels of the world. I first stayed there in 1972 and it has been consistently impeccable ever since. The people are friendly and exude a sense of happiness that you only see when people love their work.
Nothing could be better
Staff were fantastic. So welcoming and attentive to us as a family.
The atmosphere, the staff, the food, our room (especially the bed and shower pressure!), the extreme cleanliness. Your staff training program is superb!
We had a hard time getting the room cool enough to sleep well at night (we set the heat to 60, and it was still too warm). We solved it by setting the AC to 65, but that seemed odd, considering the temperature outside! Never mind, I just discovered that I could have opened the window! As an aside, the sink was slow to drain, but nothing that I’ve stated diminished our fabulous stay in the least. The fact that we have to leave is my biggest “dislike!”
The staff was awesome
Could've used a coffee maker in the room.
