A little noisy in the middle of the night in the lobby during a large event, such as Otakon, but I had a pleasant stay despite that. The M Club Lounge breakfast was over the top!

The employees at the door and in the lobby were welcoming, helpful, and kind.
Pros (+) Hotel was fine. Desk staff supposed to email bill but failed to do so. Repeated email requests also non responsive. Checked spam folder and it’s not there either
Cons (-) Provided hard copy of bill and email.
Pros (+) Overall a very average experience for a Marriott. The breakfast in the lounge was the highlight!! Not much to write home about. Location is good. It is in need of a major refresh...
Cons (-) For $300+ its not what one would expect from a Marriott.
Pros (+) Location, staff, cleanliness
Cons (-) Food menu was comprehensive, yet a little limited for my tastes.
Pros (+) Staff was so friendly and the hotel was very clean. Huge bonus was how close the hotel was to everything!! Everything is within walking distance from the hotel.
Pros (+) FRONT DESK LADY WHO WAS A COWBOY FAN MADE ARE STAY FUN WITH ALL HER ASSOCIATES BEING SO HELPFUL AND LOOKINg OUT FOR TWO SENIOR CITIZENS ! THANKS !
Pros (+) Close To Monuments And Verizon Center
Pros (+) The price was quite reasonable and the location was convenient as well. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Also the room was nice and clean.
Cons (-) First, the website says the amenities include parking. What it doesn't tell you is that it is valet parking at almost $50/day. Second, the website says the amenities include free wifi. What it doesn't tell you is that the wifi is only free if you connect to it down in the lobby. Otherwise, it is almost $13/day if you connect to it from your room. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. I just wish the webs...
