Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and business. However, there were frequent complaints about hidden charges, unclear billing, and poor value for the price. Many guests found the service lacking, with some mentioning unprofessional staff and uncomfortable pressure to tip. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with several reviews citing dirty rooms and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast and WiFi policies disappointed guests due to unclear information and extra costs. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the atmosphere were appreciated, issues with service, cleanliness, and hidden fees detracted from the experience.

Pros (+) Staff is very nice
Cons (-) No hot water each morning. I am a platinum elite Marriott member. Received $10 voucher for the bar/restaurant. They had a private party in the restaurant so I wasn't allowed to use voucher. The temporary replacement bar wouldn't accept tbe voucher either.
