Pros (+) Great view of the lake. Close to restaurants and the boardwalk.
Cons (-) Water temperature for the shower could not be regulated, kept switching from extremes. Staff tried to enter the room 2 different times in the morning, way before check out time. Noisy premises--you can hear every neighbor loud and clear.
