There is no Business Centre or even a quiet space outside of the room to take business calls. The small space near the lobby area is noisy and the cafe area closes at 10:30am

Most of my experience was positive. Until checkout when the Duty Manager (Pauli Sexana) over charged me for parking. It stated on their price list $35 day rate, and tried to charge me $40 saying at time of booking it was “$40 per night”.
