Pros: The staff were amazing, especially Emma, Kyron and John, although we had most contact with these lovely people everyone was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend and definitely stay again. ...

Pros: Right at wookey hole. Food was decent. Staff were great.

Cons: Got the fpod order wrong however what they did bring was great so no probs. We were compensated so all good.

Pros: Staff very friendly indeed, little restaurant in the hotel served up good food with a good kids menu. Woken Hole itself was a pleasant little village with a lovely church and a pub and my kids loved...

Cons: Easier access to wifi (although we did get online eventually).

Cons: we were given a disabled persons room, in the bathroom the basin was to low and there was no shower

Pros: the room we had was a corner one which had lots of space and two windows which we where able to look out onto the carpark and grass area

Cons: the first days breakfast we did not enjoy the fried bread was made with brown bread which did not taste nice, bacon was like leather sauages had a funny taste, we did not have time to eat our cereals...

Pros: Room was a good size, shower was powerful and the bed was comfortable. Cleaners did a good job and were friendly.

Cons: Reception staff were unfriendly and a bit rude. We were told the restaurant was booked until half 8, but as we walk past it was half empty? Ended up eating in the village which was probably a lot ...
