Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several found the location convenient for their needs. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, worn furniture, and maintenance issues. Some guests found the beds comfortable, but others mentioned discomfort or outdated rooms. Breakfast quality and availability were also criticized, with issues such as lack of drinks, poor food options, and unclean breakfast areas. Overall, while the hotel offers good service and a favorable location, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
