Cons (-) Booked through a third party. Had to listen to general manager scold me on using a third party. Then asked for a double queen instead of the king I booked and he was not at all accommodating. He said since I booked through a third party I would have to contact them to request the change. Pros (+) The room was exceptionally clean. Cleanliness is really lacking in most hotels, but this gave us hope that you can still find people that know how to clean! Front desk was very accommodating with extra blankets and towels. Very nice area of the city with lots of higher end shopping within a minutes drive.
Cons (-) Only drawback was there was no free breakfast. $11 per person to eat at hotel restaurant. We just ate a "brunch" at the nearby mall.
