Cons (-) The breakfast area was not cleaned up. There was a smushed jelly on the floor. They were out of many items and they just said they were out, instead of getting new stuff (yogurt, syrup, knives, eggs, sausage). Overall a good stay, but maybe don't count on the hotel for breakfast.

Pros (+) Price. Staff. Cleanliness. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Micro rooms are just that - micro; however, the price is right and it's a comfortable place to watch TV and sleep. The suite is quite a bit nicer, and has a decent sized HDTV with good reception. The micro room had an HDTV also, but I didn't get a chance to try it out.
Cons (-) Ugly hallway carpeting that makes stairs look like optical illusions. Pool was closed first night for repair, then reopened the second day but was scummy (which may have been related to the repair). Breakfast equipment dries out food (get to breakfast early). Cheap construction ensures you can hear the toilet flush upstairs, and anything above a quiet conversation.

Pros (+) I really liked this place. I'll be going to Grand Forks soon and wish they had a Microtel there. Breakfast was good. I like that coffee is available all day,. Rooms were clean. I thought the bed was very comfortable. I'll be staying here my next trip to Fargo.

Pros (+) I myself have a service dog and they have a employee who has one as well. It was a pleasant bonding experience in my travels
Cons (-) The run off from the property behind .....mud is coming into the area where I was walking my service animal

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and efficient at check in. I arrived earlier than I expected to and prior to normal check in, and they were very accommodating.
Cons (-) The room only had decaf coffee packets. I just grabbed some regular coffee on the way out, which was fine, but having both options available would have been appreciated

Pros (+) All I can say is that I was impressed. Newer hotel, very clean, super friendly staff, and they out did themselves with the breakfast setup.
Cons (-) I think the only inconvenience was the location other than that it was a perfect...
