Cons (-) Room wasn't replenished properly before I arrived. Tissue and additional toiletries. No floor towel for the shower.
Pros (+) I left at 4 in the am and the bellman was VERY helpful. He came to collect my bags immediately and took an interest in my flight information and how I was getting to the airport.
Cons (-) When I arrived at the hotel, there was a line for check-in. This is nit picking but it's the only negative thing I could think of about my experience with the hotel. My check-in went smoothly and all staff members were courteous and helpful.
Pros (+) Friendly Staff. Proximity to City Place.
Cons (-) Distance to beach. Expensive parking. Should have self parking service.
Pros (+) Great hotel, conveniently located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, across the street from City Place. The service was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool and hot tub were really a nice way to spend a sunny afternoon.
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) No real restaurant and no pool bar or service
Cons (-) Could be so much better
Pros (+) Nice rooms furnished well. Good restaurant. Location was ideal for those who wish to shop at nearby city place.
Cons (-) Parking is a big issue. Construction makes getting into hotel difficult no parking lot all in garage attached in hotel. Valet was 25 dollars. A little steep to move it 100 yards.
