My mom was next to the roof tiles/ parking lot. The mattress was sinking/ needs replacement. No cups were provided in the room. No luggage stand either.

Cons (-) Kind of expensive. I didn’t know that it cost $20 per day to leave your car with valet. I didn’t see any sign. Would have parked it myself a few feet over onto the other side of the lot had I realized.
Pros (+) Cleanliness is huge... Staff is great... and although I don’t consider it a resort hotel it is a very comfortable stay... Like everyone I’d love a lower rate, due to the fact that it is not a destination but a stay over without using a lot of the amenities...
