My mom was next to the roof tiles/ parking lot. The mattress was sinking/ needs replacement. No cups were provided in the room. No luggage stand either.

Housekeeping should be done daily. Water should be free. Mask wearing should be mandatory
Pros (+) They were not serving breakfast yet with covid
Pros (+) Newly renovated rooms are very nice. 70 inch TV is ridiculous!
Pros (+) Excellent staff, very helpful
Cons (-) Kind of expensive. I didn’t know that it cost $20 per day to leave your car with valet. I didn’t see any sign. Would have parked it myself a few feet over onto the other side of the lot had I realized.
Pros (+) Cleanliness is huge... Staff is great... and although I don’t consider it a resort hotel it is a very comfortable stay... Like everyone I’d love a lower rate, due to the fact that it is not a destination but a stay over without using a lot of the amenities...
Cons (-) Price as always....
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Rooms a little on the small side
Pros (+) quick check-in
Cons (-) far more expensive than it's worth and the gym is disgusting and a joke
Cons (-) I stayed the night before at the Wynn in 'Vegas then had meetings near the Westlake Village Hyatt. Although the room was clean, it was dated and I was given a room that seemed much more like a jail cell with a small window set into the wall that was 2 feet sunk into the wall. Bad Room!
Pros (+) location was great
Cons (-) room was not what I made reservations for. I made two reservations for me and a co-worker for 2 king rooms. 1 room was fine, the other room was an ADA room on the first floor with two queen beds that had not been cleaned. The shower still had residue so I asked to be moved to a different room. Second room was part of an adjoining room where the deadbolt did not work and it was still an ADA room an...
