Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I were celebrating our 35th and they gave suggestions for dinner. The room was comfortable and roomy. It was nice and quiet - but that might have been because it was early March and a slow time of year. The bed was very comfortable - pillows were a bit small but there were plenty of them. Breakfast was nice - but limited. Was hoping for scrambled ...
Cons (-) I'm looking forward to when they renovate(?) I was told it was a historic building and it was evident with wear and tear on the closet door and bathroom door but this didn't affect our stay and I hope we do make it back soon.

Pros (+) Close to the beach, friendly and helpful staff, nice choices for continental breakfast, pool and hot tub were enjoyable, overall relaxing for our weekend getaway at the coast. A popcorn machine in the lobby is a fun touch.
Cons (-) Aesthetically and structurally dated, remote in terms of access to dining out (we took a long, long walk along the beach to a restaurant in Westport, which was plenty fun for us), we had hoped for a coffee pot in the room instead of a Keurig. The beds were clean, but not as comfy as we hoped.
