Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to the boardwalk and beach as a major advantage. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, floors, and pool areas. Room size was also a common complaint, as many found the accommodations smaller than expected. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location and service stood out as highlights for most visitors.

Cleanliness was poor. Floor was filthy and the first room they put us in was not cleaned at all so they gave us a new room with a dirty floor. Noisy, could hear everything in the hallway.

Pros (+) The only thing I liked was the location of the place. We walked everywhere. It was 2 blocks from the Boardwalk.
Cons (-) The whole place needs a renovation. It’s a run down very nasty motel. It was extremely dirty. It’s worse than the dingy ones you see in the movies. I didn’t feel safe being there at all.
