Pros (+) I enjoyed the island and the one staff who made our stay worth while, Ecko.
Cons (-) The food was not up to par, even at the speciality restaurant. The staff was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. The amenities were not up to par as in other resorts I have stayed.

Pros (+) The beach was gorgeous, a few rocks by the shore but once you're in the water, its amazing. The beds in the rooms were also comfortable.
Cons (-) The staff was generally overwhelmed and it is very apparent that they are short staffed and could benefit from hiring more people and training everyone on how to provide excellent customer service. Pros (+) The restaurant and food was good. Cleanliness of the hotel was good. An ok all inclusive restaurant.
Cons (-) When I arrived at the hotel, I requested to check out late since my return flight was 9:00 pm and the check out time at the hotel was 12:00 pm.
