Pros (+) We had a last minute request (late check out) and they were very kind and willing to accommodate us.
Pros (+) this stay was due to my daughter and I taking my mom to the airport. Upon check in the front desk attendant was rude, very unfriendly. We asked what time the shuttle would come and he asked when my moms flight would leave. When we said 5, he stated arguing saying no flight leaves at that time. The lobby was so loud from the live music. Between that and the attendant arguing I wanted to just leave ...
