Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access Windsor's main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several highlighted the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others disappointed by occasional issues or unavailability. The main negative aspect mentioned was the limited free Wi-Fi, which several guests found outdated and inconvenient. Despite some complaints about room comfort, noise, and dated facilities, most guests felt the hotel offered good value for its prime location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
