Pros (+) Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and respectful to everyone. Everything was clean.
Cons (-) During covid changes, not much for the staff could be changed. Hopefully when everything opens back to normal, they can keep the grill open. Staffing isn’t the issue with the employees there. Just in general with guidelines.

Pros (+) Nice 2 room suite. Lots of potential but fell short.
Cons (-) Breakfast was disappointing. Limited selection and mediocre at best. Shower had little pressure. Upon checking in was told that they were sold out of the room we had booked 364 days prior. It was 87 degrees and the pool was closed until Memorial Dsy.

Pros (+) The location was perfect for walking to Old Salem and downtown to activities. The welcome center around the corner was manned by 2 awesome ladies who went out of their way to get us info! Great restaurants within walking distance! Included breakfast was unbelievable!

Pros (+) The Hawthorne Inn is conveniently located by Baptist Hospital and has a shuttle to and from for visitors. They have a complimentary breakfast, which is has the basics for a morning meal. The room was spacious, with a desk, microwave, and refrigerator. It was a great hotel for business purposes.
Cons (-) The gym was lacking in equipment/weights, and the breakfast buffet was lacking.
