Pros (+) To be fair, the staff were friendly. I booked for two nights - stayed one because it was so bad, and had to spend an hour on a help-desk to Expedia to get out of the second night and get a refund. My advice - if you really have to stay here, book it directly on their website and you can cancel the second night immediately.
Cons (-) This place is $20-$30 cheaper than a Holiday Inn or Courtyard, but is straight out of the 1970's and if you can afford it, spend the extra money. So many things wrong with the property, I don't know where to start. Was surprised there was no VCR in the room, it's seriously that aged.

Pros (+) check in was quick. Pet friendly. very quiet at night. Room is a nice size, separate toilet area, new beds and comfortable. AC worked very well with ability to keep the fan on! Room was fresh, no major cleaning supply smell.
Cons (-) Only bad thing was the cleaning supplies were very strong, the smell was overwhelming in the hall.
