Property is classically lovely, in a perfect spot for exploring the town, Billings Farm, etc. The grounds are immaculate and idyllic. Lovely on-premise spa with great treatment options. Good safety protocols in place. Easy self-parking.
The average rooms are on the smaller side, which makes sense given the historic nature of the property. I think there are two main areas of improvement: -Front Desk and Concierge staff could use a little more refinement in luxury interactions and communications. Word choice, more acute attention to guest details like name pronunciation, etc. -price point seems a bit high (about $150 over per night) for what you are actually getting. Resort fees of 35 dollars per day should entitle full access to tennis courts without additional rental fees.
It was a,picture perfect Nee England Inn. Great location.
We liked everything.
