Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, lack of proper service, and outdated or broken amenities. Many reviews mention aggressive or unhelpful management, issues with room maintenance, and misleading information about ongoing renovations and unavailable facilities like the pool. Breakfast quality was often criticized, and several guests found the hotel overpriced for the value received. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location near shopping centers and found some staff members to be friendly and welcoming.
