Newly fitted kitchen which includes electric oven and hob, under counter fridge freezer, washer-dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter coffee pods. The breakfast bar seats two and makes a lovely social atmosphere when cooking.Enjoy the mod-cons of a smart HD TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Freeview Play (with catchup TV).Double bedroom with a fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors and full length mirror.Brand new bathroom with three-piece suite. Large walk in shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.Hallway cupboard with storage for shoes and coats. Exterior: Front yard cycle rack storage space to cater for those who wish to explore Yorkshire by bike! There is free on street parking in the neighbourhood! Even if you do not arrive by car there is an option to rent with Enterprise Car Club which is only a 5 minute walk away.Other things to note
