Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentive service. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, noting its variety and quality. Some appreciated the spacious rooms and the historic atmosphere. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with bed comfort and noise, and some felt the hotel did not fully meet four-star expectations.
