Pros (+) I was upgraded to comfort room once staff discovered that they made a mistake with part of my reservation. I booked room through a third party company and the hotel lost part of my reservation. These kind of things happen and the hotel was happy to upgrade my room type to the biggest room they have. This shows that some people (not all) at this hotel care about customer service.
Cons (-) When I first checked in to the hotel, the young woman who checked me in was rude and short with me. I simply wanted to verify that the second part of my reservation was correct (I booked it in two parts for personal reasons).
