San Jose is serviced by San Jose International Airport. It is easy to get from the airport to downtown San Jose via a local bus service or taxi. Visitors may also want to hire a car while visiting Costa Rica, although taxis around the city are relatively cheap. An alternative way to see the city is by hiring a bike, and this is a pleasant alternative in the warm weather.
