Pros (+) The staff was amazing and very, very helpful.
Cons (-) I was disappointed by the lack of a complimentary breakfast. I stay in hotels a lot and I have never seen the lack of one before; It was disappointing. I'm also not one that is a fan of the one cup of coffee maker, in the room. I don't know anyone who drinks one cup of coffee. I understand the financial side of both, but my preference would be not to return due to just those two lack of customer s...
