We have been going down the shore for 20 years. This was the first hotel that was very quiet. There was no noise from other guests at all. It felt as if we were the only guests there! Also, very clean.

Pros (+) bedbug situation AND they acted like there wasn't a problem with it. put us in a room and knew there was a problem after I confronted them showing them pictures of the mattress and confirmed to me all was good.
Cons (-) ignorance bed bug problem on the floor or maybe the whole hotel. I did take pictures and prove my point when one of the bed bugs was on my bed. I collected it and put into a bottle brought it down to management. Bullshit hotel

Pros (+) The rooms were priced good and the room (bed, bedlinens) are much more comfee then the motels around. As long as they keep the price close to the other local motel/hotels I would stay there all the time in the area.
Cons (-) The floor I stayed on lmost always smelled like weed. It doesnt bother me but if you dont like that sort of thing or kids...

Cons (-) I was in room 204. The ceiling paint was peeling. The AC unit was full of dust. The room needs updating. The bathroom door knob was broken. The ironing board cover was discusting.

Cons (-) The bed was like sleeping on a box spring it was the move uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in in my whole life and when you stay out you expect to be comfortable especially for the cost of the room
