Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, primarily due to poor cleanliness, outdated facilities, and frequent issues with bugs and air conditioning. Several guests also reported negative experiences with staff, though a few mentioned friendly or helpful service. The location was generally appreciated for its convenience, and a small number of guests found the beds comfortable. However, the lack of breakfast and other amenities was a common complaint.

Wonderful

We have been going down the shore for 20 years. This was the first hotel that was very quiet. There was no noise from other guests at all. It felt as if we were the only guests there! Also, very clean.

Poor

Pros (+) bedbug situation AND they acted like there wasn't a problem with it. put us in a room and knew there was a problem after I confronted them showing them pictures of the mattress and confirmed to me all was good.
Cons (-) ignorance bed bug problem on the floor or maybe the whole hotel. I did take pictures and prove my point when one of the bed bugs was on my bed. I collected it and put into a bottle brought it down to management. Bullshit hotel

Very good

Pros (+) The rooms were priced good and the room (bed, bedlinens) are much more comfee then the motels around. As long as they keep the price close to the other local motel/hotels I would stay there all the time in the area.
Cons (-) The floor I stayed on lmost always smelled like weed. It doesnt bother me but if you dont like that sort of thing or kids...
