Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and clean rooms. However, many mention that the hotel's location is difficult to access due to poor road conditions, and some note issues with outdated facilities, limited breakfast options, and occasional maintenance problems. Overall, the positive service and cleanliness stand out, but improvements in accessibility and amenities are needed.
