Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime beachfront location and spacious rooms, as well as the quality of the breakfast and some aspects of the food. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms and common areas, pests, and lack of regular housekeeping. Service is also a common issue, with reports of unprofessional or unhelpful staff, language barriers, and slow check-in. Despite these negatives, the positive aspects of the location, room size, and breakfast are highlighted by several reviewers.
