The hotel boasts 88 sophisticated rooms featuring all modern comforts and an elegant bar. Complimentary WIFI throughout the hotel. Private paying car park nearby. Located 2.5 miles (4 km) from Orio al Serio International Airport
Pros: Great location close to the station, good to reach coming by train or bus from the airport. Some shops/restaurants are close. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Very nice bathroom. Everything as it should be. I would come again.
Cons: The view on the top floor - looking at a roof, making it feel like being in the basement. But that is just nitpicking, at least I could open the window for fresh air and for views I went to the citta alta:)
Pros: Very helpful staff.
Pros: Standard quality of a room of a hotel chain, with all basic facilities, and anonymous as expected. It is located close to the station, and probably the majority of guests are just quick travellers only, with frequent turn over. We did not have breakfast there, and tehre are cafeterias close by.
Cons: The check in was a bit slow also because there was only one person at the reception. This was a very helpful lady, but it was clear that she was overwhelmed. Plan some time also for the check out. The decor is altogether a bit unwelcoming and cold - the reception itself looks like the continuation of the train station.
Pros: There is a host to show you the room, very friendly receptionist, very good english on reception. Nice and big rooms, massive windows with lovely view, 4,5 minutes away from the Old Town, location is just top notch, I would consider to stay again on my next trip to Bergamo
When you stay at B&B Hotel Bergamo in Bergamo, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Carrara Academy Gallery and Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location is very close to the airport. Nice rooms. East check-in. Good breakfast.
Pros: The room
Cons: The lack of welcoming. I would like to write a bad review about the receptionist who attended to me with very little clear hair and a bit round. He was very rude he did not give a welcoming and it is a great problem when you arrive in a city that you dont know hotel are the city face, the more hospitality you receive the better impression and the most wishes to come back again. The rest of the service was good and probably the remaining team member but i recommend dont spend a penny in a place with this type of customer service
Cons: the. bedroom 224 was far too noisy and I couldn't sleep
Pros: Shuttle service to the airport.. not free but chargeable. . 10-15 mins from bergamo airport
Cons: Small shower cubicle

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, quiet area
Cons: Its a tad outdated
Pros: It was convenient for what I needed. I was flying out very early and it was a cheap place.
Cons: There was mold in the room, and the other guests were extremely loud.
Pros: Nice view from the hostel, especially from the rooftop terrace. Good price, good choice of breakfast.
Cons: The bathrooms were quite outdated. There was no curtain in the showers, so the bathroom floors would get quite wet. Not enough outlets in the room. Some of the locks on the personal lockers were broken. The bed linen was quite cheap.
Pros: Good access from the center to the hotel. Great views both from the balcony in the room and the observation deck on the roof. An open kitchen for everyone where you can prepare a meal. Daily room and bathroom cleaned and a few times a week delivered clean towels. Wireless internet that worked flawlessly.
Cons: Breakfast was boring and not much differentiated. There are no power outlets near the bed.
Pros: Breakfast was tasteful and Room and bed sizes are enough comfortable, the place was clean with its facilities
Cons: The location is just little bit far from the central but you can reach there with the public buses

Pros: Very close airport
Pros: Close to aurport
Cons: Room smelled bad. Limited airport shuttle service.
Pros: Close to airport. Nice and clean. Amazing breakfast.
Pros: In full Corona V .... madness , sleep one night 2 adults and 2 girls , 2 rooms. Empty hotel. :) good for us Staff very friendly especially in the restaurant . Good food
Cons: All good
Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff at reception.
Cons: Would have liked to be able to make a hot drink in the room after arriving late-ish off a flight.
Pros: Very good location - Near to Bergamo Airport (walk distance), right next to Shopping center. Nice business hotel - clean, everything needed is available in room. I am satisfied, I suggest it.
Cons: The breakfast was not that interesting, not that much to choose from - pretty basic. It could be more "warm" food for breakfast. Also I missed the vegetables, there was almost nothing to choose from.
Pros: Great hotel. Very good location next to the airport and the Orio Center

This property has facilities measuring 1507 square feet (140 square meters), including conference space. Pros: Staff really professional and helpful Parking free with a lot of spaces available
Cons: Too hot the room on arrival (25°c set) then of course you can cool down
Pros: Perfect location for us as we needed the airport very early the next morning.
Cons: Absolutely no food available until the next morning after we had left. Not even wrapped biscuits or rolls - nothing.
Pros: Reception Wes very welcoming
Pros: We stayed only for a night, before a flight we had in the morning. Therefore, the location was perfect, as the hotel is just ten minutes from the airport. The staff was very polite and friendly and the room super clean.
Cons: The only thing we did not enjoy was the peculiar smell outside the hotel.
Cons: The room's temperature is quite cold.
Bergamo is a modern city with a long history, and the Starhotels Cristallo Palace is the ideal base for discovering its timeless appeal. The 90 elegant rooms, some with a stunning view of the Bergamo Alta skyline, offer all modern comforts in sober, refined style. L'Antica Perosa by Eataly restaurant offers a selection of the finest local and international dishes, while Perry's Bar by Eataly is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing drink. The 7 meeting rooms are equipped with hi-tech facilities and can host up to 450 people. They provide the ideal venue for business and private events, with a team of professionals on hand to ensure a flawless organization.
Pros: The hotel was clean and there were places to eat near the hotel.
Cons: First of all, I booked the hotel with the expectation there was parking and that I would have a double room. When I arrived I was worried they did not have my booking, they took a long time and then I ended up with a smoking room. I had to go down and explain I did not want a smoking room. They moved me but both rooms were near the elevator. I could never get anyone to correct the parking issue. The Staff just kept pointing me across the street. That parking was temporary parking and not overnight. So we had to move our car every two hours until after 9pm. I literally booked the hotel because it said it had parking but you pay. I would have paid to not have to move my car. Also I admit I was upset when I got to the hotel. I was not pleasant but the smoking room and then no towels and the oldness of the place just got to me. I usually don't complain but honestly I was just disappointed with the lack of parking and the smoking room, then feeling downgraded to a worse room but just not nasty smelling. I travel A LOT and I don't have high expectations but I had to go seriously low for this hotel. The water in the tub did not drain and everything was pretty old. It was clean though and there was food in walking distance. I guess it wasn't the worst hotel and one night was ok.
Pros: Bed comfy
Pros: Clean and very nice staff
Cons: Facilities transport
Pros: Everything was perfect! I recommend it without any restrictions.
Pros: Location Quit rooms Very friendly staff and professional
Cons: Nothing, for business trips it's okay

Pros: Good location, typical city centre hotel
Cons: Location, room good size
Pros: Great breakfast - lot of options and everything was tasty. Nice that there was no plastic where it can be avoided.
Cons: If you are used to hard bed - first days will be challenging to get full sleep.
Pros: Staff were really helpful, was able to find us great and affordable transportation, supplied us with converters for free Also asked if we needed anything else always with a smile

Pros: Really nice and friendly staff working on the venue. Location is completely perfect as it is on the center of Bergamo and very close to the train station. Great amount of possibilities and great and different choices in the menu offered by them.
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Staff.
Pros: Very central in Bergamo city. Close to supermarkets and the Main shopping street.
Pros: Lovely place, beautiful view on the Bergamo's roofs, great, generous and helpful people, perfect location. We really loved it and recommend.
Cons: It was a little bit cold in our apartament.
Pros: Location and roof terrace. After reading some reviews we were worried that it's gonna be cold at night but it wasn't - the window was tight and the room had a proper heater.
Cons: Check in after 15:00 and no one present on property before. Breakfast from 8:00 - I guess it was written somewhere but still, it's quite late.
With a stay at Hotel Excelsior San Marco, you'll be centrally located in Bergamo, within a 5-minute drive of Carrara Academy Gallery and Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Bergamo? This hotel has facilities measuring 2153 square feet (200 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Well located, roof top restaurant seems to offer a great view on the city. Parking available.
Cons: Room without any view, bathroom with shower only and at the check out you realize that you been charged 15€ for the parking. As a conclusion i do not see a will to offer a good experience, bad because the location & potential is great.
Pros: Very good service, nice clean and good interior design
Pros: We have stayed at this particular hotel many times before and shall always choose it as our number one location when visiting Bergamo
Cons: We love the location which allows us for a nice walk up the stairs to get to the old town the hotel is convenient it’s breakfast is good and it’s just a very very comfortable place to stay
Pros: This is a modern hotel, clean, comfortable rooms with gowns and slippers. Good breakfast and coffee. Great location, very near old town, just 5 mins from the Citta Alta funicular. Taxi from airport 20 euros.
Pros: location and breakfast
Cons: old facilities
With a stay at Stop&Sleep, you'll be centrally located in Bergamo, a 4-minute drive from Carrara Academy Gallery and 5 minutes from Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Friendly staff, localisation, coffee:)
Cons: Noise from the street
Pros: Everything Was ok.
Pros: It's perfectly located, two minutes from the main station. The host is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is small, but it's self service, so you can have it even before an early flight.
Cons: The shower needs some refurbishing
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Silvia was great host. She is lovely, supportive and available for all questions. Also, I must say that whole apartment, including hall, bathroom and kitchen are SUPER CLEAN.
Cons: Noise isolation is terrible.. there was a couple next to us, opening/closing doors all night long... at 4:30 am they woke me up as they were leaving, but the noise was very loud. Also you can hear noise from street too as windows are old and not isolated. If you plan to take a rest and relax, this is not a good place.
Pros: The place is clean. Nice bathroom with hot water. Access to the kitchen. Location
Pros: Very clean and big rooms
Cons: Maybe the breakfast could be better
Pros: The place is great! 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms (so basically no competition), and very close to the rooms. The host is great and super charismatic, she gave us a map of Bergamo and tips on where to go, best transportation options (and seeing other tourists having issues with tickets in the old town we really understood how important her tips were, we saved a lot of time and money!), supermarkets nearby and even let us have breakfast earlier than the normal time to fit our flight schedule. As soon the booking was completed she already messaged me to be sure about our arrival time. The flat is super close to the train station, but has no problems with noise; it is also close to some pizzerias and kebab shops with delicious food for cheap and the bus to the airport is just 5 min walk from the flat. All the apt had a good heating (bathroom, room and common areas) and there were plenty of blankets available too. Room doors were fully made of wood, so no problems with lights outside (also, corridor's lights were with movement sensors: you go out of the room they turn on, nobody moving they turn off again). Internet worked fine too. The building is a very fancy one when looking by the outside too, with beautiful architecture, while having a modern inside and working lift/elevator. Kitchen is well equiped and breakfast is ok for the price -- nothing fancy, but more than enough with yogurt, milk, coffee, tea, bread, jam etc. I strongly recommend this place for its facilities, cleanliness and especially for the host, who did everything she could to make our stay in Bergamo one of the best days of our trip
Cons: Nothing, it was a very pleasant stay from check in to check out
Relais San Lorenzo is in the heart of Bergamo, within a 5-minute walk of Donizetti Museum and Palazzo della Ragione. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in.
Pros: Beautiful surroundings
Cons: Very difficult to find
Pros: Interiors are beautiful
Cons: Close to main town friendly staff excellent breakfast
Pros: The breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was wonderful and featured a traditional buffet as well as hot breakfast. It wasn't clear at first, but it was included and very nice!
Cons: I thought it was beautiful but would likely choose a different spot given the price for a future stay. The staff was amazing!
Cons: All great thank you!
Pros: It’s was just Amazing
Pros: perfect hotel. Very comfortable. Right in the historical centre.
Cons: The "Spa" part was simple: a 2 person sauna, 2 person steam bath, and 4 relax beds is a salt room. It was at no extra costs though.
Pros: Excellent location. Fantastic service. Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Super breakfast.
Cons: Room was too small and with no closet and drawers
Pros: Location, staff, food & old city charm
Cons: The bathrooms had see through windows, and we're not separate from the rooms (ie I could see whoever was using the toilet from the bed) might not be the best for couples...
With a stay at Casa dei Fiori B&B in Bergamo, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia and Carrara Academy Gallery. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Very old apartments in a yard with an auto repair shop (the rooms are above the repair shop). Nobody at the property to welcome you, you need to call for someone. Bathroom separate from the rooms. The breakfast was very poor, you need to take food from the fridge and prepare it yourself.
Pros: We liked how spacious is the room and a big bed.
Cons: I think the heating could be improved, the room is just too big for one radiator.
Pros: I didnt have time for breakfast. Because of my early plane
Pros: The room, bathroom and kitchen were nice although the bathroom could have more hanging space for towels, clothes and toiletries. I had to put my things on top of the toilet or the sink.
Cons: I couldn't inform the staff at what time I would arrive so it is my fault no one was there to receive me. However, when calling the provided number for help and instructions the lady to talked to me was very rude.
Pros: This place is located near citta alta (20-30 minutes walk) which is the most touristic and beautiful part of the city. Rooms are pretty much ok.
Cons: The main problem is shared with all other apartments in Italy: it's cold in the rooms in winter time. We were also surprised by shared bathrooms, in which by the way hot/cold regulators should be fixed, it's impossible to find balance. Travelers should also know that guesthouse is located above the auto repair shop.
Pros: location, service
Cons: cigarettes smell in the room
Combining the charm of a longstanding tradition of hospitality with all modern comfort and services to create an ideal atmosphere. For the needs of both tourists and business people: this is the commitment of the Best Western® Hotel Cappello d'Oro.
Pros: Great hotel and amazing location!!!! Definitely reccommended
Cons: Everyhting was good
Pros: The location
Cons: too old, with a bit of smell.. too much noise from everywhere. From the other rooms you could hear everything. Even the hoover of the cleaners from few rooms away. The hotel is located at the centre, but it has too much noise from outside, since the windows are old with very bad sound insulation
Pros: It is a very nice old-style hotel, very clean, rooms are spacios, excellent location, and very tasty breakfast
Pros: Perfect location in the middle of the town.
Pros: The location was good, a bid closer to the Old town than the other Best western Hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was a fair size for three people.
Cons: Our room was facing the street and the noise from the Traffic light bothered us a little but not too bad. The shower is small and the breakfast was standard.
Pros: Since we stayed just one night and left in the morning, I can not tell much. I liked the room, quite big, nice bad with sheets, room has everything you need. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: I did not like bathroom shower. It was broken.
The Best Western Hotel Piemontese is in a strategic position. It is located near the Motorway Exit between the railway station and the beginning of Papa Giovanni XXII Street, the beginning of the lower Bergamo. The hotel is in front of the bus stop to and from the Bergamo Airport, Orio al Serio, just 20 meters away. In the real center of the city, the position is easy to reach the shopping area and have a short walk. It also allows easy access to the old medieval part of the city, Bergamo Alta. Our hotel has facilities which include: a free Wi-Fi Internet connection, a bar, box parking which has 24-hour surveillance, a small meeting room and a comfortable breakfast room.
Pros: Good location and reasonable breakfast, staffs was helpful.
Cons: Hotel parking is not in same building, you need to walk bit. You can not park or stop in front of hotel. No road...
Pros: Next to the train station
Cons: Only 1 power plug available on the room.
Pros: Thanks to the train (and bus) station near the hotel, it is very easy to navigate around not only the town of Bergamo itself but also wider region of Lombardy, the train to lively Milano takes 50 minutes and to charming Brescia only slightly more. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The hotel's location near the train station means that the street are really busy and noisy most of the time. But hey, that's Italia! The breakfast was good and I enojyed it every time but I would appreciate a wider range of vegetables at the breakfast table.
Pros: 1. perfect cleanliness 2. breakfast just in time, everything I needed, good bread, good coffee 3. very nice service 4. luggage deposit without problems - thank you 5. right next to the hotel is a bar where the owner closed but for us we still have half an hour to drink wine and cool down after the trip - and the wine was very good -Italia
Baker Street is a guest house offering rooms with free WiFi in Bergamo centre, 500 metres from Teatro Donizetti theatre. Rooms feature a fan. The shared bathroom is complete with a bath or shower and hairdryer. Baker Street is 700 metres from Bergamo Train Station. The Upper Town is a 15-minute walk away.
Pros: Good place in the center. Very good staff. Microwave, salt, sugar incide its a good. Wifi good at all
Cons: Not good clean. Need a little bit renovation
Pros: Great location: close to the train and bus stations and the city center.
Cons: A little bit difficult to find the reception. The provided address belongs to another building and the actual address is on the next street.
Pros: Good comfort for this price. Great view from tarrace from other hostel where you can eat breakfast.
Cons: I know that breakfast was cheap, but could be more food there :)
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: Poorly maintained space - peeling walls, broken toilet seat, lack of coziness. We did not feel well at this place.
Cons: The accommodation & checkin area/breakfast were in two different buildings. Breakfast was poor.
Pros: Location good.
Cons: Shared area for drink making was a mess, dirty kettle, no tea, no coffee, and a fridge with old food inside. If you want a quiet nights sleep - book another hotel. From midnight and up to 6am there were street sweepers, refuse collections, cleaning of apartments, deliveries to shops awful awful noise all night
Pros: the accommodation is close to the airport bus stop, the room and common bath were clean
Cons: the room is above a bakery, which operates at night, so there were all sorts of noises from downstairs and outside. the check-in procedure is a bit strange, because the reception is one street away from the accommodation...
Pros: Very good location. I took the airport pick up, which was extremely convenient, as I came very late. For the departure, I took a bus for 2 Eur to the airport - quick and easy.
Cons: The bathroom is not newly renovated, so it wasn't cozy or comfortable. I would try some other place next time.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. The location was perfect for the old town (Citta Alta) of Bergamo.
Pros: Our landlady is taking extra steps to make the stay at her B&B a special and great experience. She is very caring and considerate. Great breakfast, great bathroom, a spacious and very tidy room with a fantastic view, a lovely place to stay, and a genuine heartfelt and warm welcome, which made us want to come back - which we certainly will.
Cons: Nothing we could think of that might need to be improved.
Pros: SUPER HOST! Only 5 minutes away from Piazza Vecchia / Bus anything! Very good breakfast, the room is exceptional with WOW view. Very clean and super helpful Christina!
Pros: The location is so amazing right on the top of the old city. Christina is very helpful and it’s so quiet at night .
Pros: Cristina is a warm and helpful host and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely and peaceful. I hope we will be back again to this special place.
Pros: A Casa Mia is the magical place located in the heart of Citta Alta. Despite this the view from terrace is beautiful, peaceful and place is really quite. In addition the owner- Cristina is extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast prepared by her was delicious and she gave us some useful tips regarding restaurants (try la Colombina) and places to visit. Furhtermore room was extremely clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and everything you may need. A Casa Mia is a place to return and I strongly recommend it to everyone !
Cons: Everything was perfect, the stay even exceeded my expectations.
Located in Bergamo, Dimora Le Nove Fate is within a 15-minute drive of Parco Faunistico Le Cornelle and Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: This is going to sound like an advertisement, but: Bergamo and La Casa di Campagne and its environs are a perfect set of conditions, according to many other tourists besides me, perfect for all demographics but wonderfully perfect for the budget-minded who still want luxury, kind hosts, and the serenity of silent public paths in forested hills, while still within walking distance of the medieval/Renaissance walled city of Bergamo. There's a bus "1C" that passes from the airport, through the old city to its route's end at Colle Aperto, the walled city's "back gate", then a beautiful walk in the Italian hills to the BnB, or arrange with them for a pick-up. The quality of being near _and_ remote, it's quiet, clean and charmingly renovated, nestled in 43,000 hectares of forested public park, fresh air, with the same famous water of San Pellegrino, which is nearby .... Bergamo is already an auspicious destination because of the promotional air fares (for example, 11 euros from Bordeaux to Bergamo with minimal baggage, which I found easily with Google Flights). Among the museums, Carrara (classic) and GAMeC ("pop"), there is Botticelli, Raphael, D.Ferrari, G.Ferrari, Bergognone, Tallone and Kandinsky. The other thing about La C.deC. is the proprietors there. They are the best examples of grace and kindness, in a country known for these things. I saw in Trip Advisor a few months ago how much they love Miriam and Laura and it's true. In my case, I found the BnB looking for the lowest price place to sleep, and to escape the attractions and tourists ... but the city walls, the cobbled streets, Piazza Duomo and the ceilings of cathedral Santa Catarina Maggiore and the the art of the Carrara GAMeC were too much to resist, and I was able to visit these by bus, then return to the fresh air of the surrounding hills, where only a church bell marks the serenely passing hours.
Cons: There just isn't anything to complain about.
Pros: The place is truly magical. Wonderful decoration, very neat and clean, nice breakfast.
Pros: I really loved this place. The owner was more than friendly. The Location is just perfekt..easy to find..free parking, quit and the best you can walk from there easily to the old town. Just a nice 30minutes walk. And I really can recommand the breakfast in the Morning..perfect start in the day wish fresh coffee! Thanks again.:)
Pros: Very stylish and full of pleasant energy home. Love staying there when visit Bergamo.
Pros: The owner Mrs.Laura is so nice that I feel like home or family place, This is best hotel I've never ever lived in Italy, highly recommend to people like natural places.
Pros: Perfect stay in Bergamo, at walking distance from the old town and located in a very nice and calm are. owners are extremely friendly and the style of the house and rooms is special. everything top clean plus a veryy comfortable bed.
