Pros:The van I expected was not available the day of pick up. I did receive an email saying my rental is ready for pick-up at 11 a.m. the day before. I was dropped off and never received a call or email saying my van is no longer available. I had to rent a vehicle from a different vendor for triple the price of the van I requested.Cons:Communication to your customers. You sent the initial email saying that the my van was available for pick up yet NO ONE bother to notify me when it is no longer available.Reviewed 22 Feb 2021

Pros:While I was on my way to pickup the vehicle I called the facility to let them know instead of 5 I am expecting to arrive there at 530pm. I was told by the staff member on phone that they close at 4pm and she was told by her boss not to wait and asked me to come next morning at 8 am if still of interest.Cons:I will let other traveller's to note even when the booking is accepted for 5pm doesn't necessarily means the facility will be openReviewed 13 Nov 2020

Cons:Getting ahold of someone is nearly impossible. I was given no instructions for after hours drop-off. I shouldn't have assumed. I had to listen to an automated phone message 4 times to get the address to the hotel correct. This hotel happens to loan out their shuttle bus for pick ups and drop offs, DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY! Dropping off the vehicle at any other time, with the hotel they tell you to use, will cost you an extra $20 for them to retrieve it. They are like 3 miles away from this hotel. They are inexpensive so I guess I can't complain too much but almost every other rental agency has provisions for getting you to and from the airport regardless of the time as a part doing business with them. Apart from this, I guess they're okay.Reviewed 2 Sept 2020

Pros:NOTHING. I called 3 times to have the shuttle pick me up. Then someone see the airport told her they were closed. I had to scramble to find another rental.Cons:They should be open during reservation pickup and drop off times.Reviewed 25 Aug 2020

Pros:I am not in a position to rate the usage of the company, since they did not not my 3 week notice of my reservation. I was told at the airport pickup with 3 kids waiting with me that they did not have a van for me. The man was on the phone was nice and professional, but the company was unorganized.Cons:Honored the reservation that was made..Reviewed 20 Aug 2020

Pros:Everything was awful.Cons:First of all, you could have picked us up at the airport instead of making us take a cab. The office was filthy and so was the car. We were afraid to use it. Took an Uber back to the airport and chose another rental company.Reviewed 2 Aug 2020

Cons:Car was filthy on the inside, old food on seats and console. Van was in an obvious accident on back side and was told all of their vehicles have something wrong with them. Customer service was horrible. Never rent from AVR.Reviewed 21 Jul 2020

Pros:Daniel was very helpful. I asked reserved the van for 5pm and the place closed at 4pm. He stayed until I arrived at the location. It was a easy pickup and drop off. The location is not ideal and on a very busy street.Cons:The van was a little beat up. But it got us from point A to point B.Reviewed 20 Jul 2020
