Cons:Staff was extremely unprofessional and does not take accountability for their lack of thoroughness with their product. The van we rented was in severe need of a check-up - tail lights not working, oil change, alignment, electrical, etc.... when this brought to their attention they only made excuses and told us “well, you rented a van.” They didn’t care.
