I’ll see if this lets me choose my words I ordered a small BMW I was changed to a Peugeot 3008 when I arrived at the counter which was in another terminal. The only car they had left was a 5008 a Peugeot. This is a three seater SUV and I am one person. I called after a couple days asking for a smaller car. I only could speak to the main office..There is no way of contacting the airport directly. I told them to check if there would be a small car available. They said they would call back and they never did. Unfortunately, after that, I had to park in otherparking garages. This car is not made to park in French garages. I scraped the side. I moved onto another location and had to park in another garage where I scraped the side again. I was so paranoid about putting this car in garages that it ruined my trip.. When I returned the car, even the man checking me in said yeah this car is not made to be parked in French garages.Before I returned the car I askedif someone would come in remove the car for me. I didn’t even wanna drive it and get out of the parking spaces again. I don’t think I will neverrent from you guys again without being assured that I’ll get the card that I ordered. Alamo couldn’t provide an economy, small, compact, and a fuel efficient car in accordance with my reservation. Instead, they provided a mid-size car with damaged rims that was extremely difficult and dangerous to drive on the narrowly mountainous roads.
