Pros:Dane County Airport Agent was on point with her details everything was ready for me. Durning this pandemic, vehicle was wiped down prior and could smell the cleanest when I opened the car door. Cons:Vehicle was not safe. I rented a car a few hours before a forecast 5-7 inch snowstorm. After almost getting stuck several times during the blizzard, I checked the condition of the tires. They were beyond the industry standard for replacement. Shocking that Alamo would rent a car in this condition.Reviewed 23 Jan 2019
