Pros:I had 2 interactions with the staff as you always will. During pick up they helped me out to get a car within my range that was a better suit for my needs. During drop off they showed me the simple breakout of pricing on everything and even helped me get a better gas deal because I forgot to fill up the last quarter of the tank. I was very grateful for that. It was $10 saved but it meant a lot to me that they were willing to help me out.Reviewed 26 Oct 2019
